About the Role
We are seeking a Sprint Coordinator to support Agile/Scrum delivery in a DevOps environment by facilitating ceremonies, tracking sprint execution, and helping teams remove blockers to deliver predictably.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sprint planning and execution across Development, QA, Release, and Product
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers as needed
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement, retros)
- Maintain sprint metrics and stakeholder visibility (dashboards/status updates)
Basic Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, ideally within a DevOps-oriented team
- Working knowledge of sprint metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, capacity)
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional partners (Development, QA, Release, Product)
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers with a clear escalation approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate groups and drive alignment
- Proficiency with Jira (or equivalent) for sprint tracking and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams and/or multi-product delivery programs
- Comfort facilitating Agile ceremonies independently and maintaining cadence
