RPA Support Consultant - Automation Anywhere

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere (RPA)


• Perform unit, system, and integration testing for bots to ensure high-quality and reliable functionality


• Convert business requirements into scalable and resilient RPA solutions


• Design, develop, and configure RPA bots using the Automation Anywhere platform (e.g., A360) to automate business processes


• Monitor bot performance, investigate exceptions (both business and system), and troubleshoot issues in production environments


• Continuously look for ways to optimize existing bots and business processes for greater efficiency


• Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, bot configurations, and troubleshooting steps
