Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Designer / Technical Lead to architect and deliver data -driven customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). This role requires strong expertise in data architecture, identity resolution, and cross -cloud integrations to enable a unified, intelligent customer view across Salesforce and external systems.

The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce platform expertise with strong data strategy and architectural design skills, enabling real -time personalization and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end -to -end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  

• Design and manage data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization pipelines to create unified customer profiles.
  

• Define and implement identity resolution strategies, data model mappings, and Data Lake Object (DLO) structures.
  

• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with:
  

  • Sales Cloud
    

  • Service Cloud
    

  • Marketing Cloud
    

  • Experience Cloud
    
    for seamless personalization and engagement use cases.
    

• Establish and enforce data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  

• Architect solutions for real -time data activation, segmentation, and calculated insights.
  

• Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to define KPIs and data activation use cases.
  

• Work closely with Enterprise Architects to align Data 360 strategy with MDM, DWH, and analytics ecosystems.
  

• Optimize data flows, performance, scalability, and reliability across environments.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on Data 360 and Data Cloud best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of overall Salesforce experience, including 3–4 years with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 implementations.
  

• Strong hands -on experience with Salesforce Apex and Triggers.
  

• In -depth knowledge of Salesforce core architecture:

• Expertise in:

• Strong data modeling, ETL, and integration experience using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend.
  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs, Event Bus, and Streaming APIs for near real -time data synchronization.
  

• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and real -time personalization strategies.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, or CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
  

• Exposure to enterprise -scale data architecture and omnichannel customer engagement platforms.
