Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Lead with a
strong background in Salesforce Release Management and DevOps practices. The
ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce
release cycles, driving automation, and ensuring high -quality, stable
deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan,
  manage, and execute end -to -end Salesforce release management activities
  across multiple orgs.
  
• Design,
  implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  
• Manage
  sandbox strategies, version control, and environment refresh schedules.
  
• Oversee
  deployments using managed and unmanaged packages and source -driven
  development models.
  
• Ensure
  adherence to change management, governance, and compliance policies.
  
• Troubleshoot
  and resolve deployment issues, conflicts, and metadata -related errors.
  
• Optimize
  release processes to improve deployment speed, reliability, and quality.
  
• Coordinate
  release schedules with cross -functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Maintain
  documentation for release processes, pipelines, and best practices.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong
  expertise in Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Jenkins (or similar
  tools).
  
• In -depth
  understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git -based version control, and
  deployment automation.
  
• Hands -on
  experience with multi -org Salesforce environments and complex release
  strategies.
  
• Proficiency
  in Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, and source -driven development.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and governance best
  practices.
  
• Ability
  to analyze deployment failures and implement long -term improvements.
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–11
  years of overall IT experience.
  
• Minimum
  7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Release Management / DevOps.
  
• Proven
  experience working in enterprise -scale Salesforce environments.
  
• Strong
  analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving skills.
  
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication skills.
