About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Integration Engineer to:

• Independently own end-to-end SAP implementations


• Build scalable, reusable SAP → Nanonets connectors


• Lead deep ABAP-level custom development


• Support technical pre-sales with US enterprise customers

This is a high-ownership IC role with strong customer exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery calls with US enterprise customers
  
  
  
  • Run deep-dive sessions with customer-side SAP teams
  
  
  • Map document flows (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, SFTP, APIs)
  
  
  • Identify security and infrastructure constraints (PII, network, firewall, on-prem setups)
  
  
  • Design the ideal integration structure
  
  
  
  


• Design SAP → Nanonets integration architecture
  
  
  
  • IDoc-based integrations
  
  
  • API-driven integrations
  
  
  • Queue-based / asynchronous workflows
  
  
  • Middleware-based integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO)
  
  
  
  


• Build and customize ABAP programs, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs


• Contribute to reusable SAP connector frameworks to reduce implementation time across customers


• Troubleshoot integration, middleware, performance, and deployment issues


• Support technical pre-sales with solutioning and effort estimation

What We’re Looking For

• 7–8 years of hands-on SAP engineering experience (preferably from product companies)


• Strong ABAP expertise


• Deep experience with IDocs / RFCs / BAPIs


• Experience with S/4HANA & ECC


• Exposure to SAP BTP


• Understanding of SAP FI/CO and MM modules, especially around AP, procurement, and financial posting workflows.


• Experience independently owning enterprise implementations


• Strong communication skills for US-facing customers

Bonus: Experience integrating SAP with SaaS platforms or AI/ML systems.
