Role: SAP EHS Consultant – 3M Wave Location: Hyderabad Hybrid Mode Position Exp: 3+ Years Requirements Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP EHS Consultant to join our team for the 3M Wave 3 implementation project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SAP EHS processes, configuration, and technical integration, with prior experience in handling complex projects in a 3M environment. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the SAP EHS module implementation for the 3M Wave 3 project. Configure SAP EHS components, including but not limited to: Product Safety (PS) Dangerous Goods Management (DG) Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH&S) Environment Compliance Management (ECM) Incident Management (IM). Integrate EHS functionalities with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and QM. Project Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Coordinate with technical teams for ABAP developments, Fiori applications, and data migration activities. Provide leadership in workshops, design discussions, and blueprinting sessions. Technical Expertise: Ensure smooth data migration and validation from legacy systems to SAP EHS. Leverage SAP 3M tools and methodologies to support effective implementation. Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces related to EHS processes. Testing & Support: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions. Deliver post-implementation support and end-user training. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process workflows, and training materials. Provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP 3M methodologies, with prior experience in Wave 2 or Wave 3 projects. Proficiency in configuring EHS functionalities such as DG, PS, IH&S, and IM. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and its EHS enhancements. Integration Skills: Experience integrating SAP EHS with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules. Strong understanding of IDOC, RFC, and OData-based integrations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Certifications (Preferred): SAP EHS Certification. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on large-scale global projects, preferably with 3M implementations.
