SAP Entitlement Management (EMS) Consultant

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced SAP Entitlement Management (EMS) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EMS, a strong understanding of entitlement processes across industries, and a proven ability to lead successful implementations. This role requires hands-on configuration, client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning to stay ahead of SAP advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Entitlement Management (EMS) solutions for enterprise clients.
  

• Analyze client business requirements to design and develop tailored EMS solutions.
  

• Provide strategic recommendations and guidance on EMS best practices and entitlement lifecycle management.
  

• Integrate SAP EMS with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, CRM, BRIM) to ensure seamless process flows.
  

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfers for clients and internal teams.
  

• Perform system testing, resolve issues, and provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
  

• Stay current with the latest SAP EMS updates, innovations, and entitlement management trends.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 8–9 years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP Entitlement Management (EMS).
  

• Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP EMS implementations successfully.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and business users.
  

• Experience in training delivery and documentation of EMS processes.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BRIM, SD, or CRM modules is a plus.
  

• Knowledge of industry-specific entitlement use cases (e.g., software licensing, telecom, subscription services).
  

• SAP EMS certification is desirable.
