Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

1. Managing projects on Liquidity Risk, LCR, and NSFR
   
2. Must have experience in Risk & finance domain or banking projects
   
3. Strong knowledge in Agile Development (exp in CI/CD/TDD/BDD, SCRUM, KanBan etc)
   
4. Leading Agile methodologies and ceremonies
   
5. Coordinating, staff management, and leadership working with vendors and internal teams
   
6. Contributing to the creation of standards & frameworks for the project
   
7. Preparing architecting solutions document, technical audits for the project
   
8. Learning and understanding relevant application functional & technical architecture and using the same effectively during development
   
9. Following documented SDLC life cycle as per quality management standards
   
10. Participating in Requirement gathering and solution meetings
    
11. Tracking overall development and project management
    
12. Supporting developers by providing technical assistance and improving technical competency levels amongst team members
    
13. Designing modules based on Technical specs
    

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Software development and minimum 2 years in team Management & project management
  
• Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  
• Experience with leveraging advanced features and tools in Atlassian software suite
  
• Passion and flair for technology, at home with team-oriented, collaborative and consultative environment
  
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory delivery
  
• Knowledge of all aspects of software design and development
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Good analytical skills
  
• Capability to handle more than one project at the same time
