Senior Desktop Engineer

Requirements

• Proficient in administering Windows 11 OS with strong capabilities in user-level troubleshooting.
  


• Skilled in providing end-user support with hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, and hardware/software diagnostics.
  


• In-depth understanding of print management systems, including network printers and print servers.
  


• Practical experience in Access Point configuration and troubleshooting, including RF coverage basics, SSID access, and authentication protocols.
  


• Familiar with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira for managing the full ticket lifecycle.
  


• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  


• Capable of working independently and providing mentorship to junior engineers when needed.
