Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant / Authoring Specialist -Remote

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with excellent authoring capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and configure end -to -end supply chain planning solutions. You will work directly with global clients, lead requirement discussions, define solution designs, and drive implementation activities in RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & configure complex Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions using strong authoring skills
  

• Analyze and solve complex business problems for global clients
  

• Translate business requirements into functional & technical configurations
  

• Lead supply chain planning discussions and provide consulting expertise
  

• Create user stories, project plans & solution design documents
  

• Provide effort estimates for complex tasks
  

• Draft client proposals, objectives, and project action plans
  

• Engage in customer liaison activities to ensure project success
  

• Build thought leadership viewpoints on supply chain trends
  

• Present solutions effectively with strong communication skills
  

• Thrive in cross -cultural, dynamic, and fast -paced environments
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse
  

• Excellent Authoring and configuration skills in RapidResponse
  

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning processes
  

• Ability to design end -to -end RR solutions
  

• Strong analytical, writing & presentation skills
  

• Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting capacity
  

• Experience creating SOPs, functional specs, solution designs & proposals
