Job Title: ServiceNow  HRSD Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow  HRSD Architect to design, drive, and
optimize HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The
ideal candidate will combine strong HRSD domain expertise, Platform
Analytics knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to translate
business needs into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HRSD & ServiceNow Architecture

• Act
  as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and platform capabilities.
  
• Design
  and architect HRSD solutions leveraging out -of -the -box ServiceNow
  functionalities with minimal customization.
  
• Make
  informed decisions while handling complex technical and business
  scenarios independently.
  

Platform Intelligence & Analytics

• Design,
  develop, and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance
  analytics.
  
• Leverage Platform Analytics / Performance Analytics to deliver actionable
  insights for HR and business stakeholders.
  
• Ensure
  data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful visualization for
  decision -making.
  

Business & Process Consulting

• Work
  closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and
  translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Recommend process improvements based on ServiceNow system capabilities and
  best practices.
  
• Ensure
  solutions align with organizational goals and improve HR service
  efficiency.
  

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve
  as a key point of contact for stakeholders across HR, IT, and business
  teams.
  
• Effectively
  communicate technical concepts to non -technical users and end users.
  
• Lead
  discussions, workshops, and design sessions with clarity and confidence.
  

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate
  with ServiceNow developers and front -end teams to ensure correct
  implementation of designed solutions.
  
• Review
  and guide development work to ensure architectural standards and platform
  best practices are followed.
  
• Support
  testing, deployment, and post -go -live activities as needed.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong
  expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  
• Hands -on
  experience in ServiceNow Reporting, Dashboards, and Platform Analytics.
  
• Deep
  understanding of ServiceNow out -of -the -box functionality and
  platform architecture.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and make architectural decisions in complex
  situations.
  

Business & Soft Skills

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into
  technical requirements.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Comfortable
  interacting directly with end users and senior stakeholders.
  
• Ability
  to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow
  HRSD or Platform certifications (preferred).
  
• Experience
  working in enterprise -scale ServiceNow implementations.
  
• Exposure
  to Agile / ITSM delivery environments.
