  understanding of ServiceNow
  best practices, SDLC, and platform governance
  

• ServiceNow
  CSA certification (CIS preferred)
  

Good
to Have Skills :

Experience
with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITAM modules

• Knowledge of ServiceNow
  integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
  

• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine
  Studio and custom
  application development
  

• Experience
  with platform
  upgrades, performance optimization, and instance management
  

• Familiarity
  with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

Roles
and Responsibilities :

Lead
and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators,
ensuring quality and timely delivery

• Translate
  business requirements into technical designs and oversee implementation
  

• Review
  designs, code, and configurations to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
  

• Coordinate
  with stakeholders, architects, and process owners to deliver scalable solutions
  

• Support
  platform governance, enhancements, and continuous improvement
  initiatives
