We are seeking a Snowflake Data Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and high -performance cloud data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs for a healthcare instruments manufacturing environment.
The role focuses on Snowflake architecture, data integration, performance optimization, and compliance -ready design, enabling analytics, reporting, and advanced data use cases across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain domains.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end -to -end Snowflake architecture including ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption layers
• Define data models (dimensional, data vault, hybrid) for manufacturing and analytics use cases
• Implement and optimize Snowflake features such as Warehouses, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Zero -Copy Cloning, and Secure Data Sharing
• Architect ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like ADF, Informatica, Matillion, dbt, or similar
• Design data security, governance, RBAC, masking, and compliance -ready architectures
• Enable BI and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and compliance teams and provide architectural leadership
Required Qualifications:
• 12+ years of overall data experience with 4+ years in Snowflake
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture and administration
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of healthcare or manufacturing data environments preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have:
• Snowflake SnowPro certifications
• dbt, Python, or Spark experience
• Exposure to IoT or sensor data in manufacturing environments
