Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Industry: Skill Development

Location: Sambalpur(Odisha)

Salary: As per market standard

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Soft Skills Training

Job Description:

Responsible for the end -to -end development of candidates in the subject
Maintain records of daily class attendance and monitor class progress
Conduct theory and practice sessions, including field visits
Submit all reports in a timely manner to the center head and headquarters
Communicate regularly with the center manager and headquarters
Deliver effective training, both theoretical and practical
Ensure 100% attendance of the batch
Ensure an optimum passing percentage
Actively participate in placement activities
Guide mobilizers in identifying the right candidates

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge and ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the profile
Presentable and a motivator
Good people management and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
Ability to manage the full training cycle
