The Solution Consulting team at ZoomInfo is a group of customer-obsessed problem solvers who help prospects and customers maximize the value of our platform. As a Solution Consultant I (SC-1), you will be at the start of your Solution Consulting journey, learning how to understand customer problems, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver impactful product experiences.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic, curious, and driven individuals who are keen to build a career in presales, SaaS consulting, or technical sales. You will work closely with experienced Solution Consultants, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams while developing your technical, presentation, and consulting skills.

Shift : Adaptable to work in 5 PM to 2 AM IST or 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST which depend on business need
What You’ll Do :
Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to support discovery calls and understand customer goals, challenges, and use cases
Assist in preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, with guidance from senior Solution Consultants
Learn how to position ZoomInfo’s solutions by mapping customer needs to product capabilities and value.
Support customer evaluations, POCs, and technical validations to help drive successful outcomes
Help document customer requirements, workflows, and solution approaches
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by raising feature requests, feedback, and competitive insights.
Continuously learn ZoomInfo’s products, sales methodologies, and industry best practices
Participate in internal enablement, certifications, mock demos, and feedback sessions
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
0 to 1.5 years of experience in presales, SaaS, technical sales, customer success, support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome)
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn complex technical concepts
A customer-first mindset with interest in solving real business problems using technology
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or B2B software (training will be provided)
Comfortable with presenting, explaining, and learning how to demo software (in-person or virtual)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or Data Operations concepts
Internship or project experience in SaaS, consulting, or technology roles
Interest in learning Demo-to-Win, Value Selling, or consultative sales methodologies
