Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr Sr Project and Program Manager  to lead and deliver back -end integration initiatives within the
Investment Banking domain. The role focuses on post -execution processes
spanning middleware to settlement systems and infrastructure -related projects.
The candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, stakeholder
communication, and delivery assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & PMO Leadership

• Own
  end -to -end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, issues, and
  dependencies
  
• Track
  and communicate project status, milestones, and escalations to
  stakeholders
  
• Ensure
  adherence to project governance, controls, and reporting standards
  

Planning & Execution

• Lead
  project planning, execution, and delivery activities
  
• Drive
  test planning, test execution coordination, and defect management
  
• Manage
  change requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
  

Business Analysis

• Work
  closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and
  document requirements
  
• Translate
  business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  
• Ensure
  alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
  

Stakeholder Management

• Act
  as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  
• Lead
  meetings, workshops, and reviews; drive clear communication and
  decision -making
  
• Manage
  expectations across business, technology, and operations teams
  

Domain & Functional Expertise

• Apply
  strong understanding of Investment Banking processes and financial systems
  
• Support
  initiatives across post -trade, settlement, and integration layers
  
• Provide
  functional guidance based on industry best practices
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8
  years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or PMO roles
  
• Mandatory
  experience in Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities
  
• Proven
  experience working within Financial Institutions
  
• Strong
  understanding of back -end systems, integrations, and infrastructure
  projects
  
• Excellent
  communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience
  in post -trade, clearing, or settlement systems
  
• Exposure
  to middleware, system integration, or infrastructure programs
  
• PMP,
  PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certifications (good to have)
