Job Description - Team Lead Telecalling Operations

Role Overview


We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead – Telecalling Operations to manage and scale a team of Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, team management, and hitting aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.


 


 


Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




  • Own end-to-end inside sales operations — from prospecting and qualification to conversion.




  • Monitor key sales metrics (calls, conversions, pipeline health) and continuously improve team performance.




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.




  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and enhance customer experience.




  • Use CRM tools to track performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.




  • Regularly conduct training and role-playing sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.




  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales team members as needed.




 


 


Requirements




  • 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.




  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.




  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.




  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of sales KPIs and CRM tools.




  • High level of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
