Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – PHP with strong full -stack development expertise to lead a team and drive the
design and delivery of scalable, high -performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP
frameworks, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, and
strong leadership capabilities to mentor and guide development teams.

Must -Have Skills & Experience

• 10+
  years of hands -on experience in PHP development with frameworks
  such as:
  
• Laravel
  
• Slim
  / Symfony
  
• Strong
  frontend development experience in:
  
• Angular
  
• JavaScript
  
• jQuery
  
• HTML5
  
• CSS3
  
• Solid
  database experience with MySQL.
  
• Strong
  working knowledge of Linux environments.
  
• Deep
  understanding of:
  
• Object -Oriented
  Design (OOD)
  
• MVC
  Architecture
  
• Design
  Patterns
  
• Hands -on
  experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
  
• Proficiency
  in Git and JSON.
  
• Experience
  in writing and maintaining unit tests.
  
• 2–3
  years of experience in Team Handling / Technical Leadership.
  

Good to Have Skills

• Experience
  with modern frontend frameworks like React or VueJS.
  
• Working
  knowledge of Python, .NET, or Java.
  
• Exposure
  to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services.
  
• Experience
  using AI -powered developer tools such as:
  
• GitHub
  Copilot
  
• OpenAI
  Codex
  
• Gemini
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  the design and development of scalable web applications using PHP and
  modern frontend technologies.
  
• Architect
  and implement microservices -based solutions.
  
• Provide
  technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  
• Conduct
  code reviews and enforce best practices in design and testing.
  
• Ensure
  high -quality, maintainable, and well -documented code.
  
• Collaborate
  with cross -functional teams to translate business requirements into
  technical solutions.
  
• Drive
  adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated
  testing.
  
• Identify
  opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance developer productivity and
  code quality.
