Trainee - Client Servicing (Live Events)

1. Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients


2. Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and reports + maintaining all sheets/trackers for brands


3. Coordinate with internal departments (project, business, production, creative, marketing) to ensure timely deliverables


4. Help manage event timelines, client feedback, and follow-ups


5. Support in on ground execution for brand deliverables
