Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer – Master Data Management (MDM) with 5 to 7 years of total experience, including 4 to 5 years of relevant expertise in MDM platforms, specifically Reltio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data integration, and data quality management. Proficiency in Reltio Data Quality Module and Reltio Reference Data Management (RDM) is mandatory. The role demands in-depth knowledge of master and reference data principles, along with strong analytical, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent master data across systems.
  

• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT strategies for data ingestion, transformation, and integration from various sources.
  

• Leverage Reltio Data Quality Module and RDM to monitor, evaluate, and improve data quality across enterprise platforms.
  

• Architect and manage data models and pipelines aligned with enterprise data standards and best practices.
  

• Integrate data from multiple vendor feeds and internal sources into MDM systems.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and provide technical support.
  

• Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance and data stewardship frameworks.
  

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and MDM principles.
  

• Continuously monitor industry trends and tools to recommend improvements and upgrades to data management practices.
  

• Mentor junior team members and provide training on data engineering and MDM best practices.
  

• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Support business teams by delivering clean, trusted, and governed data to enable effective decision-making.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, particularly Reltio.
  

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering.
  

• Deep understanding of reference data and its role in enterprise data management.
  

• 3+ years of experience integrating data management systems with multiple data vendor feeds.
  

• Proven expertise in large-scale data modeling and efficient ETL/ELT strategy implementation.
  

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions and strong knowledge of their architecture.
  

• Expertise in Reltio Data Quality Module and Reltio Reference Data Management (RDM).
  

• Strong background in data quality management with a focus on maintaining high data accuracy standards.
  

• Solid experience in data integration from diverse sources.
  

• In-depth knowledge of Reltio MDM solutions and functionalities.
  

• Understanding of MDM functional processes and architectural principles.
