Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Package Specialist Salesforce Technical Operations with over 8 years of total experience, including 6–8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating development and release processes, and ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable software deployments. Proficiency with AutoRabit is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce development environments.
  

• Automate manual processes to improve development efficiency and deployment reliability.
  

• Utilize AutoRabit for version control, metadata management, sandbox management, and deployment automation.
  

• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the software release process.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot build/deployment issues and ensure release quality.
  

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement in the DevOps lifecycle.
  

• Maintain best practices for source control, branching strategies, and release/versioning.
  

• Implement automated testing and quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline.
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on DevOps tools, practices, and strategies.
  

• Document processes, configurations, and workflows related to DevOps and release management.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of total professional experience.
  
  
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps.
  
  
• Mandatory expertise in Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  
  
• Proficient in automating deployment tasks and software delivery workflows.
  
  
• Detailed working knowledge of AutoRabit for version control, metadata deployment, and sandbox management.
  
  
• Experience with source control systems like Git, including branching and versioning strategies.
  
  
• Familiarity with integrating automated testing and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
  
  
• Strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability in DevOps processes.
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize build/release cycles.
  
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical teams.
