Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Developer – Azure Cloud Full Stack with over 5 years of relevant experience in Azure-based application development and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure components such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Storage, Service Bus, and API Management. In addition to strong development skills, the candidate should be well-versed in cloud security, CI/CD pipelines, exception handling, and infrastructure as code using Terraform. A solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow is also required. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage, API Management).
  

• Manage and troubleshoot production support issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
  

• Implement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and ADO Dashboards.
  

• Create and manage Logic App workflows and monitor their performance and error handling.
  

• Perform code quality validations and enforce best practices across development workflows.
  

• Manage SSL certificates, perform upgrades, and ensure security compliance.
  

• Handle Azure Cloud firewall configuration, security rules, and vulnerability management.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support integration solutions.
  

• Use Terraform to provision and manage Azure resources in an Infrastructure as Code model.
  

• Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management activities.
  

• Leverage Visual Studio and GitHub for source control and development lifecycle.
  

• Follow ITIL best practices in operational and support processes.
  

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

•     Must have 5+ years of total and relevant experience in Azure Cloud development and production support
  
  
•     Experience in integration build and support for enterprise solutions.
  
  
•     Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
  
  
•     Experience with Logic App workflows and effective exception handling.
  
  
•     Strong understanding of code quality validations and development best practices.
  
  
•     Ability to design and manage ADO Dashboards for tracking and reporting.
  
  
•     Experience with SSL certificate management and upgrades.
  
  
•     Strong knowledge in Azure cloud firewall, security, and vulnerability management.
  
  
•     Experience working with ServiceNow for ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes).
  
  
•     Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  
  
•     Skilled in using Visual Studio and GitHub for development and version control.
  
  
•     Familiar with ITIL framework and processes.
  
  
•     Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  
  
•     Hands-on experience with Azure components including Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, and API Management.
