Windchill Integration Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Integration Lead with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Windchill ERP integrations and customization. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of PTC Windchill and will lead integration projects involving tools like TIBCO and MuleSoft while working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge and configuration support for PTC Windchill 11.1 or later.
  

• Lead ERP integration efforts using TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Windchill APIs with backend systems like QAD ERP.
  

• Architect and implement solutions through both configurations and customizations for modules including MCAD Management, MPMLink, and PDMLink.
  

• Define technical solutions, data models, and strategic tool roadmaps to support future-state PLM processes.
  

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Users, and Technical Teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  

• Prepare Technical Specification Documents, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs for implementations and migrations.
  

• Manage Windchill artifacts like eBOM, mBOM, Process Plans, and Documents, including SAP integrations.
  

• Lead and coordinate work with offshore teams, resolving project impediments, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely communication with functional management.
  

• Customize and configure Windchill ESI and TIBCO, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  

• Deliver end-to-end integration mappings and oversee quality of integration development.
  

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with PTC Windchill ERP Integration.
  

• Strong expertise in TIBCO, MuleSoft, Java/JSP, and Windchill APIs.
  

• Experience in designing and developing PLM integrations and data models.
  

• Solid understanding of Windchill modules: PDMLink, MPMLink, MCAD Management.
  

• Proven leadership in guiding offshore teams and driving integration projects.
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders.
