  knowledge of Workday Web
  Services (SOAP, REST APIs) and ServiceNow IntegrationHub

  Studio, EIB, Core Connectors,
  and ServiceNow workflow automation.
  

• Understanding
  of HR
  processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle
  management.
  

• Experience
  with troubleshooting and monitoring integrations in production
  environments.
  

Good
to Have Skills :

Experience
with other ITSM
tools and
cloud -based HR or IT systems.

   of JSON,
   XML, and XSLT for data transformation.
   

2. Familiarity
   with ServiceNow
   ITOM/HRSD modules.

Design,
develop, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and
ServiceNow.

1. Configure
   Workday and ServiceNow connectors to automate HR and IT
   workflows.
   

2. Troubleshoot
   integration failures, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.
   

3. Collaborate
   with HR, IT, and business teams to gather integration
   requirements.
   

4. Document
   integration processes, maintain version control, and ensure
   compliance with internal policies
