Account Manager- Paid Media

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Media Account Manager. As Media Account Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Associate to provide the necessary data and support in the overall month planning. You will also maintain effective project trackers for all clients to ensure smooth and timely functioning across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary data and work with operations team to plan for the upcoming month.

• Maintain effective project trackers for all clients to ensure smooth and timely functioning across teams.

• Record and send action-oriented minutes for all client conversations.

• Ensure accuracy in numbers in all internal/external reporting.

• Be available during all client communication to understand requirements.

• Assist in internal team coordination for timely delivery of tasks.

• Conduct constant research about the category to create understanding about the brand, market, challenges and opportunities.

• Perform competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with relevant trends and growth opportunities.

• Ensure campaign hygiene is in place.

• Work closely with the Senior Associate and Team Lead towards achieving KPIs to ensure campaign success.

• Assist the Senior Associate, Team Lead, and Business Head to deliver projected numbers every month.

• Have a basic level of understanding of what kind of communication and creatives work well across different funnel stages on platforms.

• Have a Google Analytics certification.

• Identify problems and work closely with senior folks to find possible solutions.

• Ensure dedication towards task completion.

• Treat all employees with respect.

• Report absence from work as soon as possible.
