Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will play a key role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing valuable financial insights to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance.
• Prepare for and participate in financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage expenses effectively.
• Communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years
