Accounts and Admin Assistant

We are looking for an experienced manager for our Finance & Accounts division to monitor financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company thereby managing daily accounting tasks. Financial Accountant responsibilities include budgeting, managing tax payments and performing internal audits. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company to be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long-term success.

Responsbilities Include

• Entering Data in Tally
• Process bills for payment 
• Process vendor invoices 
• Banking operations.
• Maintain files and electronic records
• preparing letters and circulars.
• Assisting in Preparing minutes of meeting
• Perform administrative tasks as needed 
• Update and maintain accounts database 
• Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed 

Qualifications and Skills

• Tally knowledge 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree 

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word) 

• Knowledge of integrated accounting software 

• Calm under pressure 

• Available to work full time
