KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review the received invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper documentation of invoice data & details for accurate record-keeping.
2. Conduct validation of invoice details against contracts, purchase orders and receipts, verify the accuracy of pricing, quantities, and terms, thereby having a prompt resolution for discrepancies.
3. Be aware of changes and updates in company policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards as per clients requirements.
4. Communicate effectively with clients/vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships
5. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the invoice processing workflow
6. Collaborate with team members and management to implement improvements
7. Provide regular updates on processing status and performance
8. Report to the SPOC on client side and make sure all commitments are delivered on time. In case of any anticipated delay report the same with reasons.
