Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable professional to join our remote team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Accounts Payable team member, you will be responsible for processing and managing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices, bills, and payments - Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions - Provide support for audits and financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or finance - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Driven and reliable personality traits - Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving
