Responsibilities include:

- Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivables

- Setting objectives for the accounts receivable function that aligns with the accounting department's goals.

- Monitoring processing of invoices & collection

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.

- Organize records of invoices and deposits

- Ensure the team members follow the accounting principles.

- The candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and should be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

- Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire accounts receivable process.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Accounts Receivable AM / DM / Manager

- Candidate should be a B Com / M Com / MBA finance / CA Inter / CA

- Start-up (B2B, D2C, Platform) experience would be preferable.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and present detailed reports.

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

- Ability to accurately process numerical data.

- Team management and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving attitude

- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho inventory.

- Experience in payment gateway reconciliation.

- Excellent M S office skills

- Stakeholders’ management & should be able to talk at all sales/business org levels.

- Working knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS
