Accounts Receivable Manager

Position: Manager - Receivables Location: Worli, Mumbai Schedule: Monday to Friday upGrad, situated in Worli, Mumbai, is currently seeking seasoned professionals with over 10 years of experience in Receivables, receipt booking, reconciliation, Revenue MIS, Receipts MIS, Debtor's management, 26 AS reconciliation, SAP, and O2C. Key Responsibilities: - Review and ensure daily booking of receipts - Reconcile transactions with Payment gateway and loan partners - Prepare Settlement files and conduct Bank-to-revenue reconciliation - Timely and accurate booking of invoices - Handle queries from Auditors (both statutory and internal) - Generate Revenue MIS and Receipts MIS segment-wise, including reconciliation where necessary - Experience in team management - Debtors reconciliation, including reconciliation with Payment Gateway and University - Provide timely data to GST team for GSTR1 filing - Perform 26AS Reconciliation - Implement process automation initiatives - Proficiency in SAP (S4 Hana) - Familiarity with Order to Cash Process If you possess the requisite experience and skills, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team at upGrad.
