Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Razorpay is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra as a full-time remote worker. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments - Work closely with customers to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies - Process invoices, credit memos, and refunds in a timely manner - Monitor and report on aging accounts receivable balances - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management - Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collections processes - Maintain documentation of all accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to work in a remote setting - Passion for working in the financial industry - Project management skills - Attention to detail
