Inviting applications for the role of Deductions

In this role, you would have to answer incoming calls from customers and do outbound calls to collect payments, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information about invoice concern from US Based customer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment.
• To communicate with the Global Clients on calls as required for collection of Premiums and Claims
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
• Required to perform with strong processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude.
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing issues.
• Resolve customer credit issues.
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments.
• Update account status records
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Process Credit Card, Bank drafts

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Management or any related field
• Preferred CPG Experience
• Working experience in B2B collections, Order management, OTC
• Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel

• Analytical ability & Problem Solving (incl. Critical Thinking)- B
• Storytelling- B
