Job Description - Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

The Associate Manager is  tasked with managing and executing the day to day accounts of the Company. This includes client invoicing and processes, bank and cash entries, property related entries, reports, expenses and statements etc.

Location base for Associate Manager:

· Chennai – office is on Chamiers Road, Alwarpet

Experience needed:

· 4 years in hospitality or travel and tourism industry

· Knowledge of Tally must

· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word and emails

· Excellent spoken and written English

As an Associate Manager – Finance & Accounts you will need to handle:

  • Basic book keeping
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Cash Reconciliation
  • Bank work
  • Payment and receipts
  • Passing of entries in Tally
  • Billing and extras
  • Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation & Follow-Up
  • Creditors Statement Reconciliation & Payments
  • GST compilation and filing
  • TDS and other taxes compilation and filing
  • Payroll and related statutory filing
  • Reports for various stakeholders
