Experience 8-10 Years

Trust Accounting Assistant Manager’s role is to perform Positive Pay & Reconciliation functions to mitigate potential financial exposure and reputational damage to ADP.

Desired Skills

  • Good Accounting knowledge.
  • Good understanding of General Ledger accounts and Banking Reconciliation.
  • Experience in handling General Ledgers.
  • Awareness of SOC 1 and SOX audit guidelines.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders in US and cross functional teams within ADP.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate high energy levels.
  • Flexible to work in night shift.

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day reconciliation of General Ledgers and Bank Accounts, monitor team performance, and report key performance indicators.
  • Follow up / escalate aged out of balances to minimize the possibility of penalty and interest.
  • Adhere to SOX and SOC1 audit guidelines.
  • Build reporting structure to depict the reconciliation cycle time.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Set clear team goals, milestones and coach / mentor associates.
  • Discover training needs and coordinate with business leaders for refreshers / provide coaching. Listen to associate feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
  • Experience in driving projects, cross functional ability, and stakeholder management.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and generate actional insights to improve process.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external business partners to obtain resolutions to the issues.
  • Develop relationship among associates and business partners that foster effective alignment and collaboration.
  • This position requires working in night shifts.
