Job Description
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Administrator, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Hyderabad, India .
We are seeking a highly motivated, people-focused professional to join our existing team of like-minded and experienced employees.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Accounts Payable team within the Group Finance function and will draw from existing experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment and working with accounting and computerised systems.
What will you do?
- Reviewing, matching and coding purchase invoices through iPos procurement system
- Preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments
- Performing reconciliations of creditor accounts
- Mailbox management by investigation and resolution of issues raised both within and outside the business
- Responding to stakeholders’ and suppliers’ queries and requests for information
- Ensuring that service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to
Qualifications
- Experience working in an Accounts payable role within a global multi-currency professional services business using computerised accounts packages
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- A knowledge of Sun accounting system, IPOS procurement system and online banking platforms (desirable)
- Knowledge and experience of book-keeping and financial accounting (desirable)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn
