Job Title: Business Analyst (Financial planning and analysis) – Retail Industry – Mumbai

**Qualification: CA who has graduated in 2021**

Job Responsibility:

1. Business Performance and Planning Management

• Prepare the Monthly Sales reporting package for retail and wholesale sales by category, store and brand; including information on plan, last year sales and Revised Estimate to advise brands on over/under achievement and corrective actions

• Prepare Annual Budgets by working closely with brands.

• Support and conduct analysis around the Monthly Financial Estimates process by working with cross-functional/brand teams across the organization.

• Ensure business data and reporting needs are met within the timelines

• Use Onestream tools to produce and analyze monthly Brand Profit &Loss (P&L)

• Support the Long-Range planning process by collaborating with Business Managers and cross- functional teams.

• Collaborate with Brands or other teams.

2. Business Analytics

• Partner with business managers and cross functional teams to identify opportunity for analysis

• Develop framework/templates based on the data/information available to perform recurring analysis on key business drivers (ROI on Advertising Spends for brand campaigns)

• Experienced (Adept) in working with large data sets and analytics tools such as Power BI, BI, Tableau, Advanced excel etc.

• Drive automation and standardization of reports/analysis.

• Drive analytics culture in FP&A team by sharing best practices across the organization.

• Assist Finance Business Manager as and when required.

• Executing analysis and reporting financial data under the guidance of Finance Business Manager.
