What You’ll Do: Commercial aspect Working with the media team to ensure accounting on jobs matches media plans and is accurate Perform job close functions including timesheet reconciliations, final invoices, and final reporting. Management of the project burn report, work with operations, client marketing & media teams to ensure projects are within budget Client profitability analysis and improvement, working in conjunction with client marketing and media teams Accounting aspect Manage the monthly revenue recognition process Manages the entire customer invoicing process. Issue customer invoices accurately and timely based upon appropriate instruction from Client Marketing team. Ensure outstanding invoices are paid on time and escalate any past due or problematic balances. Ensure cash receipts are posted to the correct invoice Limit amount of accrued revenue in the balance sheet Ensure all project costs are reconciled and process vendor invoices AD Hoc client reporting requirements Work with FC on continuing improvements around agency work flow process. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in related field At least 5 years total Finance experience. Experience with advertising and media agency is a plus Good team player and superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Good command of both spoken and written English.
