Director-Accounts and Finance

The position has responsibility for

· Development and implementation of financial controls, plans, and budgets to support the strategic vision of the company.

· Co-ordination of financial audits and tax compliance.

· Staffing the accounting function and for the supervision and development of department staff.

· Play an active role in the Transitioning and Offshoring of the function.

· Reviews financial statements and analyses budget variances

· Participates in all external reporting requirements (SEC)

· Leads Annual Audit with Independent Accountants

• · Functional responsibility for systems environment

Qualifications

• CA/MBA
• 15+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
• Exp with Transitioning and Offshoring work would be important
• Must have strong background working with ERP systems 
• Strong communication and analytical skills
