Job Description - Dispute Management Analyst- Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

  • Should be able to run CI projects independently
  • Prior exposure in automations, develop automated dashboard & reports
  • Manage day to day program activities & meet defined SLA’s
  • Responsible for internal and external governances;
  • Process compliances & audits;
  • Manage escalations, do RCAs;
  • Support transition; quality, risk, PPM activities.

Must have skills

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills;
  • Have the ability to multitask and meet the targets within defined timelines;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Apps – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc;
  • Good Analytical Skills;
  • Should have good team and client interfacing skills:
  • Should have closed Lean/CI/BVD projects in prior roles
  • Should be well experienced in OTC activities, Dispute management

Qualification

MBA/MCom/BCom/BBM/BBA
