Executive - Business Development - Insurance

Responsibilities : - Help run daily operations at the branch, like helping customers and managing accounts. - Follow banking rules and make sure everything is done right. - Lead the team and help them do well. - Talk to customers and tell them about our bank's products. - Make reports on how well the branch is doing and suggest ways to make it better. Requirements : - College degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - Experience in banking or finance. - Good at leading and talking with people. - Know how to use computers for work. - Understand banking rules and how to follow them.
