Finance and Account Manager

Job Description

Experience : 7-9 years

Qualification : From Finance background

Reporting : Matrix reporting to Global finance leads and Local reporting to Engineering director (Asia)

Responsibilities:

F&A (finance and accounting)

Invoice process / tracking

Debit note (CC re charging to BU) - Cost center charge back process execution, management & reporting

DOA (Delegation of Authority)

Financial Policy review

Concur support

Finance performance reporting (dashboard) for engineering and non-engineering functions Expense tracking Annual Budgeting & Forecasting (including business ramp up) Cost alignment with HR (Cost center management) Asset Management

Skill:

• Advance Excel
• Power BI
• Planning & Analysis
• SAP

Interpersonal:

• Connect with all BU leads within the entity
• Connect with global finance stakeholders
