<p>Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'Head COE (Compliance & HR Audits) ' for a leading audio platform based in Bangalore <br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :<br/></b><br/>- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations across different geographies.<br/><br/>- Engage with the organisation's appointed compliance partner in managing compliances across geographies where the company is operating at a given time<br/><br/>- Implement a review mechanism framework and reporting cadence for compliance status to HR and Company Leadership at a defined periodic frequency<br/><br/>- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal process, system, policies and external regulations<br/><br/>- Provide guidance and training to the HR Team, People Managers and other functions on compliance-related matters.<br/><br/>- Monitor global and regional labour compliances changes in laws and regulations and suitably update relevant teams with applicability and action plans such policy, process or system updates, where required.<br/><br/>- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement solutions.<br/><br/>- Manage notice & inspections with the help of vendor partner as and when required.<br/><br/>- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.<br/><br/>- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Human Resources, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in HR Labour Compliance, necessarily across different geographies.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
