• Job Description –
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
• Supervising accounts team
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Oversee general office operations, including facility maintenance, security, and utilities.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between various departments and external parties.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
