Beyond everything, using your experience and knowledge of Indian Payroll, Labour Laws and statutory regulations like PF, ESI and TDS in order to ensure the work flow is smoothAutomating payroll reporting & reconciliations. Coordinating with external vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure that payroll analysis and reconciliations are achieved on timeProactively analyzing the gaps in the compliance and ensuring that these gaps are bridged to the fullest with the help of an external vendorFacilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closureWhat you will needBachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR field4-8 years of experience as an HR Payroll and ComplianceExceptional technical understanding of payroll and compliances PAN India is a mustWorking on tools - Microsoft office (Excel, docs), Google sheets and docsProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesLife at slice:Life so good, you’d think we’re kiddingCompetitive salaries.
