We're building the bank of the future from scratch, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.<br/><br/> Job responsibilities:<br/><br/> - Demonstrating a thorough understanding of tax reporting requirements<br/><br/> - Responsible for production and submission of ICB Tax reports<br/><br/> - Understand how tax reporting regulations impact the business<br/><br/> - Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure tax compliance<br/><br/> - Escalate technical questions to management, then to Corporate Tax (if required)<br/><br/> - Apply/use the Control Environment, Operating Model, Process Tools and Documentation and ensure technology support is in place to comply with the tax reporting regulations<br/><br/> - Investigations, ad-hoc analysis and queries from internal and external requests<br/><br/> - Support design, development, validation, testing and deployment to the ICB Tax Reports as a result of changes to the tax reporting regulations or new tax reporting regulations when launching new products and/or launching in new markets<br/><br/> - Liaise with a large number of stakeholders internally within ICB and also across the wider Firm<br/><br/> - Identify issues and opportunities to continuously improve the process<br/><br/> Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:<br/><br/> - Extensive experience with planning, prioritising and delivering internal/external reports<br/><br/> - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders<br/><br/> - Attention to detail and working with large data sets/reports<br/><br/> - Independent in decision-making as well as able to take direction and work as a team player<br/><br/> - Ability to critically review and challenge numbers / strong analytical skills<br/><br/> - Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and regulatory deadlines<br/><br/> - Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership<br/><br/> - Advanced Excel skills<br/><br/> - Tax reporting and analysis experience is a plus<br/><br/> J.P.
