Job Description - Key Account Manager

Company provides specialized tech solutions to companies operating in the Channel and Trade Marketing space. Founded in 2017, Headquartered in New Delhi.

In this role, you'll be the champion for our clients, fostering strong connections and

driving revenue growth.

  • Become the Client Whisperer: You'll be the trusted advisor for your designated

client accounts, deeply understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

  • The Acquisition Ace: Develop winning strategies to identify and secure new clients.

Prospect like a pro, impress with insightful pitches, and close deals with confidence.

  • Collaboration is Key: Partner seamlessly with sales, marketing, and product

development to ensure successful client onboarding and a truly exceptional

experience.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage your analytical skills to interpret market trends,

identify new opportunities and drive targeted growth strategies.

  • The Communication Master: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value we offer, while fostering trust and rapport with both clients and internal teams.
  • We're looking for a proven sales or business development rockstar, ideally with a marketing technology or SaaS background. Strong communication, analytical prowess, and expertise in CRM tools are essential. A passion for learning and a drive to exceed goals are non-negotiable.

We are looking at someone with a 5 to10 year of experience in end-to-end CRM Sales/Software service sales/Marketing services and tools sales, Saas sales for Domestic geography. Apply only if you fit the bracket.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales/business development experience (SaaS/marketing tech preferred)
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Bonus Points:

  • Master's degree in business administration (or related field)
  • Sales/business development certifications
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
