Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
2. Identify new avenues for business development and sales leads
3. Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions from the basket of offerings at Home and Hospitality
4. Communicate new product developments to prospective clients, collect feedback on performance and channel the same back to NPD team
5. Ensures sales funnel is sufficient to achieve the Sales Goals and forecast based on the adequacy of the same
6. Identify ways to improve sales funnel, by interacting the prospective clients
7. Price negotiation and act as one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
8. Solely responsible for implementation of the marketing activities of the region among the influencers
9. Measure, track, analyze and report key account metrics
10. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Minimum Qualification:
MBA with Science Background with proven track record in Project Sales (Option – At least)
B.Tech/BE with proven track record in Builders Segment (Option – Preferred)
Minimum 4 - 8 Years of Work Experience
