Job Description - Key Account Manager-Banking Alliances

Banking Alliances & Partnerships

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship in terms of business funnel with the Banking and other Financial Services clients including insurance and lending companies for various products of APBL by identifying, developing and harnessing new markets, products and ideas aligned to company goals, generating leads, onboarding partners for support and managing relationships, within the limits of RBI & Bank's guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management

2. Commercial Negotiation

3. Business Case Formulation

4. PnL Management of the account

5. Ensuring there are no dues on the partner

6. New Business opportunities

7. Farming of the existing arrangements

8. Segment expansion by identifying more partners

9. Service assurance (through CS team)

10. Documentation closure with partners (agreements, onboarding forms or any other KYC related

requirement as per the banking regulations)

Key Competencies

• A person who has good industry know how and a sharp business acumen with a go getter approach.

• Basic understanding of the regulations linked to banking & Insurance sector will help to have connect in the partnership

• The ideal candidate will be the one who is comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. He/she will be expected to a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results

• Gather and use quantitative and qualitative data, create hypotheses and make informed decisions with regards to servicing aspects of the partnership

• Ability to communicate in a geographically distributed environment with diverse stakeholders while having & demonstrating a very strong interpersonal skill set.
