1  Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives 

2  Research key customer wants and needs

3  Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

4  Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

5  Research and source new potential clients

6  Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/ Instrumental / Metallurgy/ Chemical Engineering .

Proven experience as  key account manager

Excellent time and project management skills

Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
